About our window cleaning.
Dirty glass is cumulative. Adelaide dust, summer irrigation spray and coastal salt build a film that a quick wipe just smears around, and once mineral deposits bite into the glass you are looking at restoration rather than cleaning. Regular scheduled window cleaning is the cheapest way to avoid that.
THNZL cleans glass with water-fed pole systems for anything up to four storeys, which means purified water, no detergent residue and no ladders leaning against your building. Interior glass, partitions and entry doors are done traditionally with squeegee and scrim, because that is still the fastest way to a genuinely streak-free finish on internal panes.
We work to your access hours. Retail glass gets done before doors open, office towers on a fixed monthly or quarterly cycle, and display homes the morning before an open inspection.
Purified water dries without spotting, so there is no detergent film left to attract the next layer of dust. It also keeps our crews on the ground instead of on ladders — which is faster for you and a materially lower risk sitting on your site.

How often should commercial windows be cleaned?
Retail and hospitality frontages usually need monthly attention because of foot traffic and hand marks. Office towers generally run quarterly for exterior glass with more frequent internal detailing. Sites near the coast or under irrigation spray need a tighter cycle — we'll recommend one at the assessment.
Can you reach high windows?
Water-fed poles cover most commercial buildings up to roughly four storeys from ground level. Above that, or where a facade has no safe ground access, we quote the appropriate access equipment — elevated work platform or rope access — as a separate line so you can see what it costs.
Do you clean windows in the rain?
Light rain doesn't affect a purified-water finish, so most exterior work goes ahead. We reschedule for heavy rain or high wind, both because the finish suffers and because it's not safe to work at height.
Will you remove hard-water stains?
Usually. Mineral deposits from sprinklers or bore water respond to restorative treatment if they're caught early enough. Once they've etched into the glass surface the damage is permanent, which is exactly why a regular cycle is worth more than an occasional deep clean.
Do you clean windows as part of an ongoing contract?
Yes, and that's the most common arrangement. Window cleaning folds into an ongoing cleaning contract on its own frequency, so it happens automatically rather than needing to be booked each time.
