Overview

Display Home Cleaning done properly.

A display home is a sales tool, and the standard it has to hit is different from any other kind of cleaning. Buyers walk through slowly, look closely, and open things. Fingerprints on a splashback, dust on a skirting board or a smeared shower screen quietly undercuts the fit-out the builder has spent a fortune on.

This is work THNZL has done since the beginning and it's a large part of why we're known in the Adelaide building industry. We clean display villages on a fixed weekly or twice-weekly cycle timed to land before opening hours, so the home is at presentation standard when the first group walks through — not cleaned on Tuesday for a Saturday open.

We also handle the two ends of a display home's life: the initial builders clean that takes it from trade-finished to sales-ready, and the final detail when the home comes off display and is handed to its buyer.

Display home presented to photograph standard for an open inspection
Timed to the open, not to the roster

The clean is worth nothing if it happens three days before the buyers do. Display village schedules are built backwards from opening hours so the home is at its best exactly when it's being walked through.

Outdoor and entry

Porches, alfresco areas, paths and entry glass — the first thing a visitor sees.

09

Full detail when a home comes off display and goes to its purchaser.

Why THNZL

What sites actually notice.

Not promises — the operational details that make a contract easy to keep.

Same crew, every visit

We don't rotate strangers through your building. Cleaners are vetted and assigned to a site, so the people who know your floor plan are the ones who keep coming back.

Compliant contractor agreements

Every cleaner works under a documented arrangement built to meet Australian fair work standards, so your site isn't carrying sham-contracting risk on someone else's behalf.

We own our equipment

Carpet extractors, ride-on scrubbers, pressure washers and steam units are all ours. No job waits on a hire depot, and the machine that worked last month works this month.

Considered product choices

We pick products on effectiveness and impact, and we'll happily change the chemistry for childcare, healthcare or food-handling areas where it matters.

Nationwide reach, Adelaide roots

Grown from an Adelaide base into a network covering sites across Australia — multi-state contracts still get one client manager and one phone number.

Clear scope, clear cost

The quote sets out exactly what's included before anyone starts. No hidden fees, no line items that appear on the invoice for the first time.

How it works

From enquiry to first clean.

Five steps, no mystery. You know what happens next at every stage.

Your assigned crew starts on the agreed date and keeps the same faces on the roster.

05

Quality check-in

Your client manager reviews the site with you and adjusts the scope as the building changes.

FAQs

Display Home Cleaning — your questions.

How often should a display home be cleaned?

Most display villages run weekly or twice weekly, scheduled so the last clean falls immediately before opening hours. Homes with heavy foot traffic on weekends often add a Monday reset. We'll recommend a cycle based on your opening days and visitor numbers.

Can you clean before weekend opens?

Yes, and that's usually how these contracts are built. Friday afternoon or Saturday morning cleans mean the home is at its best when the buyers arrive rather than three days stale.

Do you clean multiple homes in a village?

Yes. Whole villages are more efficient for everyone — one crew works through the homes in sequence on a single visit, which is cheaper per home than booking them individually.

Do you do the initial builders clean too?

Yes. We take homes from trade-finished to sales-ready — render and paint spots off glass, sticker and silicone residue, construction dust, and a full detail. That's a separate scope from the ongoing presentation clean.

What about when a display home is sold?

We do the handover detail — a full clean once the styling and display furniture comes out, so the buyer takes possession of a home that presents like new rather than one that's had 18 months of foot traffic.
