Why choose THNZL over a cheaper cleaner?
A lower quote usually hides something — a rotating workforce, no insurance, or no compliance paperwork behind the contractors on your site. THNZL runs on vetted cleaners with documented, fair-work-compliant agreements and our own equipment. You are paying for the part of the job you can't see from the invoice.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. We own our full fleet — carpet extractors, ride-on and walk-behind scrubbers, pressure washers, steam units and industrial vacuums. Nothing is hired, so no job is ever delayed waiting on a depot and the machines are maintained by the people who use them.
How much does commercial cleaning cost?
It depends on floor area, cleaning frequency and which services you need. We scope every site individually and quote a fixed, itemised price — there are no hidden extras and no surprise line items later. Most quotes go out within one business day of the site walk.
How long does a clean take?
A small office might be 60–90 minutes a visit; a multi-storey tenancy or a post-construction clean runs to days. We work that out at the site assessment and schedule it so it doesn't cut across your trading or business hours.
Can you service sites outside Adelaide?
Yes. THNZL is Adelaide-based, and our cleaner network covers sites across Australia. Multi-state contracts still get one client manager as a single point of contact rather than a different local operator in each city.
Are your cleaners insured and police-checked?
We carry public liability insurance, and police-checked crews are available for sites that require them — government tenancies, schools and banking environments in particular. We can supply current documentation with the quote.
